Past initiatives
Scott Estate and Baviaanskloof Street Lights
During 2018 and 2019, the property owners of Scott/Baviaans Estates were invited to vote for or against street lights. There was an overwhelming vote of over 80% in favour which was subsequently ratified and approved by CoCT.
Collaboration between HBTC and LSC Tennis Clubs
In 2018, all paying members of both clubs were invited to vote for or against the collaboration between the two tennis clubs. Results were disclosed in the AGM held in December 2018 where the majority of members voted in favour.
Penzance Street Lights
Property owners of Penzance Estate were invited to vote for or against street lights in 2019. A vote in favour of street lights was achieved and the results were subsequently ratified by CoCT.
