Membership Fees
Online Booking
Only paying members/visitors are permitted on the courts. Membership runs from 1 September to 31 August each year and is renewable annually. All additional protocol (e.g. Covid) requirements displayed on the courts, are to be adhered to.

Courts are not accessible from 07:00 to 13h00, Monday to Friday during school hours. During league season, the courts will be used on Saturdays from 12h00 to end of play. Bookings not taken up within 10 minutes, shall be forfeited.
Consecutive bookings may not be made on the same day. A maximum of 2 hours is permitted per day.
Student Members may play at peak times (after 17h00 on weekdays) only if playing with an Adult Member.

Visitors
VISITOR means a Members guest who plays not more than once a month. However, if they play regularly (more than once a month), they should become a Member
Should a Member invite a Visitor to play, the term "Visitor" must be entered on the on line booking system and the Visitor fee paid to the club.
A Visitor may not play without a Member being present. Members may not lend key-tags to non-members.

All coaching must be booked via the online system.
HBTC allows approved coaches to use the courts for coaching purposes, under conditions as agreed to between the Committee and the Coaches.

To prevent damage to the surfaces, the hitting of balls along the ground with racquets is prohibited. Only regulation tennis shoes (tennis grade footware) may be worn on the courts.
No dogs permitted on the courts and no soccer or other unrelated tennis games.
All players, visitors and/or spectators are prohibited from climbing over any fence to retrieve tennis balls.

School Premises
Any member or non-member found to be climbing over or damaging any fences shall be guilty of trespassing and malicious damage to school property. Children are not permitted to play in the school grounds under any circumstances. Access to the school grounds is only permitted to retrieve tennis balls.
Personal rubbish must be removed or placed in the wheelie bin on the upper court by the players, on departure.
